If an individual makes a donation of over €250 in the year, the charity or approved body can claim a refund of tax paid on that donation by the donor. If a company makes a donation of over €250 in the year, the company can claim a tax deduction as if the donation was a trading expense. There is a four year time limit for making a claim under this scheme.

It is only with your help that we can continue supporting cancer patients and their families ensuring that no one has to face it alone. Our services are available to all free of charge and all costs are met through voluntary donations and fundraising activities.

Employees working together for a charity increases staff morale and motivation. It is also a wonderful way to enhance teamwork and project a positive corporate image. Employee fundraising activities can range from a table quiz to a family day out.

Cork Cancer Care Centre hosts fundraising events and activities throughout the year as we solely survive on fundraising . By supporting these activities companies have the opportunity to align their brand with Cork Cancer Care Centre and to enjoy a positive feeling with staff, customers and people across Ireland.

Donating much-needed funds will make an immediate impact on Cork Cancer Care Centre

Payroll giving is a simple and effective way for employees to make regular payments to a charity directly from their salary. This is a great incentive to fundraise within a company and allows us to fund cancer services and provide support for people with cancer and their families in Cork
