Being more at peace through discovering ourselves. Stefanie is offering Reiki, expression art and meditation. She is a qualified social worker (social pedagogy), expression art practitioner and was trained in end of life care. Meditation is a big part of her self-discovery journey since many years. She co-managed Sunyata Buddhist Centre in Clare, where she helped for example with the running of day workshops combining art and meditation. She holds a certified Reiki Master 2 Certificate.
